Three Entryway Looks Our Design Team is Loving

share

An entryway may be a small portion of the home, but we’d argue that it’s also one of the most important. You see, an entryway isn’t just the first impression a guest will get when they step through your door, but it’s also their introduction to the design style of your home.

With that in mind, it’s critical that your entryway embraces the styles, tones, textures and colors that the rest of your house conveys.

Not sure where to start? Our design team has put together three flawless entryway designs for different styles of homes. Keep reading to find the best fit for your space.

FOR THE TRADITIONALIST

Traditional and farmhouse design lovers will swoon over an entryway that’s elegant, rustic, classic, and full of textures. The key to mastering a traditional entryway is mastering neutral colors. We chose to make our customer-favorite Bordeaux 72" Reclaimed Console Table the grounding neutral base of this design.

We added in the Mas Amor artwork and Sydney Woven Poufs in White and Denim to add color, texture and dimension to the space. In choosing these pieces, we’d recommend selecting artwork and poufs or ottomans that tie to the remaining colors in your home.

Finally, we decorated the space with our Amara White Matte Concrete Table Lamp and Aparte Oval platter.

FOR THE TRANSITIONAL LOVER

Transitional, modern design styles have slowly taken over the most pinned and liked photos on Pinterest and Instagram as of late, and we couldn’t resist sharing the style in today’s entryway styling round up.

Effortless and relaxed, transitional styles tend to mix a combination of classic and modern furniture and finishes.

We’ve embraced the style in this design by positioning the entryway around a central focal point: our modern Wellington 45” Entryway Mirror in a Brass finish. For those without space for a table, this mirror allows you to have a fully functioning entry space in just a small area.

We grounded the look with our best-selling, Jute Cube Pouf, and a Ceramic Vase to tie the full design together and create a true entry space.

FOR THE INDUSTRIAL FAN

Fear not industrialists, city dwellers and fans of a rough aesthetic, entryway spaces don’t have to be traditional.

For a modern, industrial look our design team opted for our Oxford Leather Bench in Ebony, outfitted with a stunning brass finish.

We paired the statement making bench with our Cru 31” Mirror and Ansel Contrast Black Basket to make the space function as well as it looks.

The key to mastering this style? Stick with metal and iron textures to stay true to your industrial design style roots.

Entryways of today can be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, when you mix and match products to fit the needs of your space. Which design style are you leaning towards?
