Black Friday Price Match Guarantee Policy

For any qualifying item purchased between 11/01/20 and 11/22/20, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time we will provide a refund for the difference in the price paid versus any major retailer price between 11/01/20 and 11/30/20 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. Qualifying items must be included in the Black Friday Price Match Collection Page at the time of purchase.

Additional Details:

  • Item must be purchased during guarantee period and be included in the Parker Gwen Black Friday Price Match Collection Page at the time of purchase.
  • Major retailers include and are limited to: Amazon, Best Buy, Crutchfield, Newegg, Audio Advice, World Wide Stereo, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, Overstock, Houzz, Hayneedle, Costco.
  • Products shipped from or sold on marketplace stores (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Houzz) by third-party sellers and auction sites do not qualify.
  • Price matched item must be the exact same model number. Derivative or like models do not qualify.
  • Price match amount must include full cost to the customer including shipping and delivery.
  • Customer must provide a direct URL of the lower competitor price. In-store prices not available on retailers website do not qualify.
  • One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers, is allowed.
  • Price match guarantee does not include any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, rent/lease to own items.
  • If the price match qualifies, the refund amount will be provided as store credit via a digital gift card within 2 weeks of the claim.  

How to File a Price Match Claim:

  • Send an email to with the following details:
    • URL of the competitor's product page showing the lower price.
    • Screenshot of the item and price
    • Date and time when the lower price was noticed on competitor’s website
  • Our customer support team will review your claim. If the item does not qualify, we will notify you with the reason as to why qualification was not met.
