How can I create an account?
In the top right corner of the website, click Account. This will take you to a login and Create an Account. Enter the requested information. The email address you enter will become your username. Click Next. In the following window, check the box "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions" and click Create account.
I don't remember my password, how can I retrieve it?
Click forgot your password on the login screen and follow the prompts.
How can I change my password?
In the top right corner of the website, click Account. This will take you to a login screen. Please click Forgot my Password under the login credentials and follow the steps.
How can I change my username?
Please default to your email address as your username.
How do reviews work?
Our reviews consistent of the feedback we receive on our products. These reviews are from customers who have purchased and used the product.
Once you have purchased and used your product, you may click the star rating on the product page and write your review.
What is Parker Gwen's Return Policy?
Please follow the link below for our full policy:
You may return an item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount unless the return meets one of the following verified reasons:
-Received the wrong product
-Item was damaged in transit
-Item is defective. (Item will be inspected upon return. If no fault found then shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A partial refund will be applied if the item has missing parts.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not assemble or modify the product in any way. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
-Final Sale Items
-Downloadable Software products
-Some health and personal care items
-Software, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened

How do I process a return?
To process a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, request and reason for return. Please ensure to include photos of damage or defect. A customer support advocate will reach out with the next steps and a return label. Returns are refunded, per the return policy, once received and inspected
Warranty vs. Extended Warranty
The warranty on the product page is the manufacturer warranty while the extended warranty purchased is the protective service plan in which protects your purchase for an extended period of time. For further information, please see our extended warranty page
How long will my order take to ship?
For products shipping via ground delivery, please estimate 3 to 5 business days unless the product page states a different timeline.
For large items including furniture, TVs, large rugs, etc., please estimate 7 to 14 business days. These orders will be scheduled with you by our carrier partner during normal business hours and you must be present to sign and accept. All orders are delivered to the threshold of your home (first dry area) unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For special order items such as high end audio or custom furniture, please defer to the lead time on the product page.
