Price Match Policy
For any qualifying item purchased, we will refund the difference in the price paid versus any authorized reseller, major retailer or new Parker Gwen prices. Prices promoted during the month of November through Cyber Monday are excluded from this policy.
- Item must be purchased within the last 30 days.
- Major retailers include: Amazon, Best Buy, Crutchfield, Newegg, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, Williams Sonoma, Macy’s, Overstock, Houzz, Hayneedle, World Wide Stereo, Audio Advice, France & Sons, Scout & Nimble, and Burke Decor. Retailers that are not mentioned will be considered, but not guaranteed.
- Products that are shipped from or sold on marketplace stores (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Houzz) by third-party sellers and auction sites do not qualify.
- Price matched item must be the exact same model number. Derivative or like models do not qualify.
- Price match amount must include the full cost to the customer including shipping and delivery.
- Price matching of a current Parker Gwen price will be evaluated as the total net price paid for the item versus the price listed on the website. Previously applied coupon codes will not be considered as an additional reduction to Parker Gwen's current price.
- Customer must provide a direct website address (URL) of the lower competitor price. In-store prices not available on a retailer's website do not qualify.
- One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers, is allowed.
- Price match guarantee does not include any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, or rent/lease to own items.
- If the price match qualifies, the refund amount will be provided as a store credit via a digital gift card within 2 weeks of the claim.
How to File a Price Match Claim:
- Send an email to email@example.com with the following details:
- Website address (URL) of the competitor's product page showing the lower price
- Screenshot of the item and price
- Date and time when the lower price was noticed on the competitor’s website
- Our Customer Advocacy Team will review your claim. If the item does not qualify, we will notify you with the reason as to why the qualification was not met. Qualified claims will receive an email confirming the value of a digital gift card.
